• INSIDE MOUNT: Measure the inside WIDTH AND HEIGHT of the window casing. This is the WIDTH AND HEIGHT you will ORDER. Do not make any deductions! The factory will reduce 1/4” on all inside mount headrail. 2 INCHES window depth is needed for inside mount. Provides a neater, more finished look without hiding decorative window frame.
• OUTSIDE MOUNT: Install on the Wall Above Casing, roman shade width and height need 4-10 inches more than the casing width and height. Install on the Surface of the Casing, the roman shade width and height could be same or smaller than the casing width and height. Once deciding the desired shade width and height, this is the width and height you will order, the factory takes NO deductions. Ideal for windows with little or no window depth.
